Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast: ½ kilogram
- Capsicum: 1
- Red Capsicum: 1
- Boiled Tomatoes: 3
- Fresh red pepper: 5
- Chicken Fry: 1 cup
- Tomato Paste: ½ cup
- Cumin
powder: 1
teaspoon
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon
- Oregon: ½ teaspoon
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
- Finely chopped green coriander: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: According to taste
PROCEDURE:
- First, cut the chicken breast into cubes and set it aside.
- Now heat oil and butter in a frying pan and add ginger garlic paste, chicken cubes, green capsicum, red capsicum, red pepper, finely chopped coriander and mix well.
- Then add chicken to it. Add tomato paste, tomato ketchup, tomato paste, and chopped tomatoes.
- Then add cumin seeds, salt, and water and cover and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Then remove the lid and fry for two to three more minutes. Mexican chicken is ready.
